Hello my name is Barb. I have been keeping tropical fish for 3 years now, mostly centered around Angelfish. My current tank that is set up right now is a 72 gallon bowfront planted. Currently I am raising 9 juvinile Angels in the tank with plans of setting up additional tanks as everyone starts to mature and the need arises.

I am on several other forums under the same user name. I look forward to getting to know everyone here.

Here a few pictures from my tank...

Hey guys,

I currently keep 2 planted tanks (55 gallon & 10 gallon). The 55 gallon is filled with a variety of tropical fish and a few others such as a pair of M. Ramezi. The 10 gallon is home to a pair of Apistogramma Cacatuoides (pictured below) which I am currently trying to breed. They have gotten me captivated by Dwarf Cichlids and I hope to eventually keep almost strictly dwarf Cichlids. You can learn more about my fish and experiences at...

I have two angels in my 25 gallon tall tank, they’re about half grown (about silver dollar sized not including fins). One is regular (silver/black) the other is marbled. They’ve gotten along great until the other day, I noticed them liplocked until the marbled one “gave in” and lay on its side. The marbled is the smaller of the two. However, “marble” has seemingly gotten the upper hand because “silver” hides often and when it first comes out of hiding, “marble” will harass it for a few...
