10 Gallon Black-Bar Endler tank

    This tank is still new, the drift wood is about a month old, and the java moss is just starting to grow.
    The Endler's in this tank are from the same fellow who sold me the Tiger's, they are in good health and I've already had some fry from them. I'll be adding new plants soon =3

    Well... There's one in the middle of the drift wood... The other's are hidding behind it XD

    I got three new fry today <3 They are so cute and small ^^
    I'm hoping for girls. I have too many males...

    I agree, but too many male means more fights, and a female with too many hits becomes sterile...

    really, I never knew that overbreeding of say a particular female would lead to sterility??

    *is admiring her males do there shimmy mating dance*

    Yep, but it takes ALOT.
    I had a local breeder tell me that once.

    I heard that back in the 70's with guppies. That you should serape females for 6 months if they are consistantly breeding. I never did it, seems to me that would be more for show quality stock. I never really got into breeding livebearers. I just let them go at it.

    On normal circumstances I don't think it really matters, but I'm a "better safe than sorry" kinnda guy.

    Java Moss is growing great and the other plants are catching up ^^

    Yep. Love the driftwood with the moss on it. I've never been able to get moss to grow on my driftwood.
