    New Tank

    :D

    Hiya fish folks!

Well amist our north eastern storm(so called anyways), our breeder brought us:
not 70lbs but 125 lbs of fresh lava rock
    1 sunshine peacock m
    1 hap ahli m
    2 ob peacock 1m/1f
    1 kenyi m
2 female kenyi 1 holding and already spit in net..lol
and a complete cultured 50 pentagon tank with all the trimmings.

she is already up and running swell with just the preggo mom for the moment so she can finish what she is doing.

    Re: New Tank

I know..he threw it in as an incentive to buy the tank.

Family issues are forcing him to down size the operation unfortunately. So needless to say over the last few weeks we have score 1 complete 90G, a 50G, a 55 G, and a 30G all with excellent running gear.

And he has made sure that I recieve the cream of the crop in regards to livestock. that way he is not forced to sell to strangers.

LOL..actually Anthony..I like to look at it as lucky fish!

I am very good to them..and they get excellent care from an experienced cichlid keeper.

Not to toot my own horn or anything..ahem...

    lol

:) No, of course not. :p

    I don't think I've ever seen a 50 gallon pentagon tank before.

I shall up load a pic..

I am not huge on the shape of it, but it was convenient and it holds water..so it serves my purpose for fish keeping.

LOL well Lemon..if my landlord will not allow me to have a huge tank( we are on the second floor) then I will just have to pepper my home with 100 smaller tanks!

I can have whatever I want here...

For some reason my landlords dont count fish, reptiles and birds as "Pets"... one reason I keep the animals I do, (plus I really am not a cat fan, thats my wife and I really dont like dogs...) Actually I really dont like "mammal" pets!
