60 gallons Tanganikan

    Hi everyone! Here is my new 60 gallons with Cyps. 6males and 7 females Cyprichromis Leptosoma Kitumba and 10 juvie Bristlenose Plecos.

    Very nice. Is it just me or does that tank look larger then 60 gallons ?

    Hi everone! Here is my new 60 gallons with 13 cyprichromis leptosoma kitumba 7males/6females, and 10 juvie bristle nose plecos. The Cyps are not breeding though..don't know why.

    Thanks for the comments everyone. The tank was set up 4 months ago with Mbuna. And about 3 weeks ago, I found a deal on Craiglist with the 13 cyps..gave all the Mbuna away..and introduced the Cyps. The seller also gave me 6 one-day-old fries from one of the females, and they're in a breeder box as you can see in the 2nd picture. I see a lot of courtship dances in the tank..but no holding yet. I"m gonna do water change tonight and hopefully that will trigger their mood. :)

    I think one of my ladies SIP is holding. Her mouth is swollen up a little and she's not eating. I fed frozen cyclopeeze this morning and she tried to open her mouth a little to suck in the tiny pieces. So the eggs will get bigger in her mouth until the fries hatch?
