Antlers

    Hi I have two deer antlers just boiled them will be ok to put into my fishtank

    They may raise your ph a tad but nothing enough to worry about, as long as you boiled them I would say go for it :)

    Yea just check the ph leval is 7.6 went from 7.0. Do you think it will hurt the fish or will that be ok

    Ph really doesn't matter as much as what people think. I would think they will adjust with no problem.

    If it worries you keep an eye on it but i really don't think you have anything to worry about. Unless you are keeping wild caught South/Central Americans you are okay :)

    I like the arch they create in the first picture but I too prefer the second as well. Looking good, has your ph leveled off?

    I like the second also. I would keep a close eye on the Ph as I know some bone raises it. I would put extra driftwood in to balance it out, (driftwood lowers Ph)

    I like the 2nd picture too , I was going to do that but never did , I might now that I seen yours . Looks good .

    Well I have now taken the antlers out they started deterated in there and didn't look good they was turning black
