beef heart recipe needed

    Beef heart causes fatty degeneration of the liver and other organs. Feeding the fish beef heart certainly won't kill it but it has been shown to shorten the life of fish.

    because my buddy didnt is on vaction and he is my amin hook ups on blood worms and i have a little left

    I would honestly avoid it completely but if you must, a small amount once every two weeks as a treat should be okay.

    Lemon will likely disagree with me. :)

    Anthony... I have to disagree with you for Discus.... 90% of Discus are raised on beefheart... I know you dont like it and I am sure it is not the best thing to have... but almost ALL baby Discus are grown out on beefheart and with no problems...

    For some it is a staple diet.... As a treat every now and then it is not bad IMO

    Its frozen... unless you make it yourself... then it WILL get frozen :)

    Its just cleaned beefheart (removing any fatty parts)
    Fresh Shrimp
    * A flake food of choice (cichlid)
    * A veggie food of choice
    and anything else you want like Peas, Carrots... etc

    Blend it and break it up fine... mix it.... package it in bags and freeze it.
