yea almost doneOK I start a project of building two three gallon tanks and one 5 gallon tank in order to use for my betta spawning set up.

I just finished my second three gallon tank and hope to start me 5 gallon tank with in the next few days. I'm also going to try and post some pic up on Wednesday.

I also tested my first tank for leaks, and it had a small leak in one of the corners, I wasn't too happy with that fact.

heavily silicone the seam and let it cure for 24 hours. that should take care of your leak issue.

I know how to fix the leak, There was a small gap in between one of the corners and the base, so I removes about an inch of the corner seal and i plan to fill the gap in tonight once I get home.

To be On the safe side I'm going to wait 2 to 3 days for the silicone to cure.

sounds good! Please post a check list of items needed, steps you took to complete the project & photos as I'm sure it will be helpful to others on here looking to do the same/similar project when you get a chance.

OK I'm not going to do a write up, I just tested my little tanks and they didn't hold so well once they where fully filled, so I'm going to have to spend about 30 dollars to get my male a 3 gallon and leave my female in the 1 gallon that she has right now, at lest until I can get some store credit.

I may try to building tanks again, but only when I have some more money to work with.

    sorry guys.

Spend 10 bucks on a 10 gallon. Then another 20 for a heater and a small filter. The male will enjoy it way more! And you'll spend the same amount :D

I haven't had time to try my new approch on the tanks, my first try was a complete failure, so right now I went with a 5 gallon rubber maid.
