    The second picture looks like Egeria densa. I can't see the first one clear enough to ID it.

    yeah thats what they are. so i guess i got some weeds in my tank now. as long as they grow and dont die than i am fine.

    all plants are weeds, some are just prettier than others, and therefore we deem them more important and call them flowers, etc. grass is a weed.

    I have stargrass in my tank and love it.... it does so well... due to my water parameters I could not get the Anacharis to grow in my tank (I tried so hard)

    Remember my water is hot, acidic and soft..... you have neutral water so yours should do very well! Dont worry :)
