Re: are these ok in the same tank???

the clown knife alone will get at least 23" alone full grown!
Oscars usually max at about 14"
Fire Eels can get about 22"
See where I'm going with this? Lol!

Fire Eels are more passive If I recall, and Oscars being aggressive might have a few go's at it.
I wouldn't recommend pairing the oscars with him as in it's my opinion that at adult size it will defin. become overcrowded quickly since these are larger specimens as adults. Just my 2 cents though.
Especially since I constantly read and see how others are overcramming tanks and wondering why they are having issues with illlnesses.

For an adult Clown Knife what I've read is that a 300 gallon tank is required.

When you want to keep monsters, especially several in one tank, you have to have the money and space to put hundreds of gallons of water in your home.

pls remember..you asked for advice. Don't get upset when people offer it to you. We are only trying to assist you in your endeavors and the health and wellfare of our fishy friends. It's not a dig on you at all. Just trying to help.

And I will tell you one thing right now...your so-called "aquarium specialist" isn't much of a "specialist" if he said that a 150 is fine for GK and a fire eel. Absolutely wrong answer. Even by himself, the GK will outgrow it.

No offense to others but that is the same as telling someone with a 125 it is ok to get an RTC or an arowanna. B-A-D!

They don't call them Monsters for no reason.
