    I've never seen/heard of those cichlids before. Very nice. How big do those guys get ?

    they get about 5-5.5'' and can be rather nasty towards other tank mates like a Salvini when kept individually. However what I learned is that when you keep them in groups like this there is no aggression and they like to school together. While they do not need it they enjoy a nice strong current too.
