ghost discus first pic right upper corner?

Those appear to be eggs, laid in lineal fashion.

These are old posts.... IDK how they got back out of the threads they were originally in.... My fish spawn every now and then but I am not trying to breed them anymore for now...

I have more discus coming within the next few months... Those are going to be worth breeding... not these red ones I have now... they will be sold as soon as I get the others...

Must be an attempt to get some activity on the forum. Its been kind of slow in here lately... I have some new Discus coming in next week. Small ones between 2.5-3". I have two that I bought yesterday. I'm buying 4 more next weekend.

Lemon, please let me know what you are doing with your reds, I am stocking RED and BLUE discus only so a known healthy one is always welcome here.

I will let everyone know when I get those and want to remove my red ones.

The plan is I get my Albino Blues and QT in my 55 for a month or so, fattening them up and growing them to work in my 125.

I will then move them to my 125 and pull the red ones out to the 55...

Then I will assess what I am going to do.

I am REALLY looking forward to these Albinos. If the snow will stop and it will warm up a bit I may get them sooner... still working out the details. For now it seems they will be shipped on Delta from his airport to mine...

can you PM me pics of the reds that are in question?

as I stated its my old mans tank and I can email them to him and then go from there. I like the one in your avatar, all red with just blue, no black or browns right?

you and your preference for the dull discus :)

The reds are gorgeous...If I were you I'd keep the reds, mix in a few golden dragons, then a couple golden sunrises, followed by some ruby confetti's or maybe some mosaics or red turquoise, and 1 or 2 white diamonds on a nice crystal black background (maybe a light one..not sure if peppering would be a factor)...then some nice eco substrate ...and your driftwood (I like your pieces better than mine)...followed by a bunch of plants and a nice slate cave in the center!

Oh, and you'd have to post photos for me too! Haha!

How small are the other ones? If they are small enough I may be interested. I'd love to have one like the one in your Avatar!

The Avitar one is 6-6.5 inches total length

The other 2 are 5-5.5 inches total length... I believe the other 2 are both females and the avitar I am unsure of... I thought it was a female but I have had some developments with the others that threw me for a loop... so I am unsure of almost every fishes sex...

I think I will be selling the 2 smaller ones for $100 for both... the avitar IF I choose to sell will be $100 itself...

They are probably too big to mix with mine. I still have the blue one that is about 5" now. That one is in its own tank though. I'm gonna try and grow my new ones out before moving the blue one into the new Discus tank. When I tried adding the Pigeon Blood to the tank the blue one turned on its side and went nuts on it! Its very territorial!
