    FRY FOOD RECIPE

    Ingredients:
    [*]3 ounces of tank water
[*]1 tsp. or so of Spirulina...powdered -OR- a algae wafer
[*]1/2 tsp. of Hikari First Bites
[*]1/2 tsp. of your favorite brand flakes powdered (I Use New Life Spectrum Flakes)
[*]*Optional* 1/2 tsp. of ground up FREEZE DRIED bloodworms, shrimp, or just about anything else that you know will be beneficial to their growth and development.

    Equipment:
[*]A cup for mixing ingredients in (I use a 4oz. dixie cup)
[*]Paper towel to wipe hands (if using fingers)
[*]Something to mix/stir with (shish kabob stick or chop stick)
    [*]An eyedropper (for feeding)

    1. Add a few (3 oz) of tank water to your cup.
    2. Add 1 tsp of the powedered Spirulina to your cup of water and mix well(you want to add enough to the point that it will turn the water within the cup DARK green); can also use a Algae Wafer..just let it soak until it becomes mushy and then mix with stick.
    3. Add 1/2 tsp of Hikari First Bites which will provide vitamins.
    4. Add 1/2 tsp of ground up/powdered Flake food and mix well.
    5. *Optional* add your other 1/2 tsp of food choice and mix very well.
    6. Squeeze the mixture into the eyedropper and gently squeeze a TINY amount (or as much as they'll eat).
[icon_exclaim.gif] Warning! This is VERY similar to the liquid fry fish food found in pet stores and can (just like that in the fish store) make the tank cloudy/murky when overfed.

-> you can even feed this to adults
