What's a fish/freshwater aquatic organism that you've always wanted, but you've never had for whatever reason? For me, I've always wanted a Silver Arowana, but I've never had a large enough aquarium for one.

That's interesting to think that your dream fish were oscars. Haha, but it's nice to know that you're happy with them.

Motoro stingrays and Zebra Plecos... Stingrays because I will probably never own a large enough tank and Zebras because they are way to darn expensive!

Rays would be nice, the problem with zebras is that you can't find people to sell them individually. Most sellers want to sell only in groups :(

The LFS that got them in here would sell them singly, but alas I don't exactly have an extra $225 for a single fish... :(
Also with the rays, the same LFS has some of those as well in an indoor pond that was originally being used for Koi. Good lord I never knew they got that big! This is a video someone took of his rays underwater:

Rays would be awesome, maintaining the large enclosures that they need I am not so sure that would be awesome lol
