You'd have to choose smaller plecos, like the bristlenose. You should be able to do a breeding trio of those.

Most of them will be too large for that size tank.

Here are the ones that should work though.

    Candy Stripe Pleco
    Bushy Nose Pleco
    Tiger Pleco
    Zebra Pleco
    Starry Night Pleco
    Gypsy King Tiger Pleco
    Medusa Head Pleco
    Hairy Tiger Pleco
    Snowball Pleco
    Gold Banded Peckoltia Pleco
    Angelicus Pleco
    Net Pleco
    Yellow Prince Tiger Pleco

Until it's cycled... "Cycled" means you allow the tank to build up beneficial bacteria that will consume ammonia and convert it into nitrates. Simple running a tank empty does not cycle the tank at all, unless you do a fishless cycle by adding ammonia to the water for several weeks.

im going to put gravel and use my old filter pads from my filter and use them in the new tank (i heard it works ) and i think the starry night pleco and the gold nugget pleco look the best:)

If you're using old filter media only place it in the new tank when you place fish in there.

Also, I forgot to mention with your size tank I would only put a total of 2 plecos in the tank. You will have to supplement their diet daily.

The Gold Nugget Pleco shouldn't be placed in a 29 gallon tank.

you forgot the clown pleco & rubber lip pleco.

2nd I wouldn't do gravel for them (my lfs had one that died cuz he got a piece of gravel stuck in his mouth...I was there and seen it..it wasn't pretty).

3rd Make sure you have some driftwood or cholla from them to rasp on.

4th IF their isn't any algae established in the tank be sure to supplement them (ex. Hikari algae wafers, blanched zuchinni, sodium free pre-rinsed french cut green beans)

You can start out with 5 or 8 1-2 inch plecos but you will have to upgrade eventually. Don't get a gold nugget until you know your tank is cycled. If you want to cycle it quickly put in a small bag of Bio-Spira. This will cycle your tank in 24 hours. Algae isn't a major issue as most plecos don't require algae in their diet. A nice soaked piece of bogwood and cucumber slices will hold them over just fine. As far as a nice looking fancy pleco goes your best bet would be a royal pleco to start out with. These guys are one of the hardiest plecos around and they look awesome.

Plecos can be offly messy IMO. I've had plecos not even that big have poop that stretched from one end of the tank to the other. Just thinking about 5-8 plecos in a 29... gonna need good filtration.
