sounds like customs got it? (was a plant not allowed to be mailed across states).

If that's the case, and the seller won't respond back in a couple days you can always go through Paypal (if you paid through them). If you simply sent a check you might be able to go through ebay...but not positive since I know they offer minimal (if any at all) protection to the buyer.

if the list wasn't detailed enough, customs coulda flagged and kept part (as I was suggesting earlier)...I had problems with plants I've ordered from a seller there too (but mine were dead upon arrival).

1st contact them and give them a few days to respond (good sellers will respond within 48hours)...if you don't hear back from the seller/store then sign into your ebay page...goto your ACTIVITY tab...find the transaction on the page (to the right) and select MORE ACTIONS from the pull down options...select RESOLVE A PROBLEM...you'll see a list of POPULAR OPTIONS...for you I'd go with My item hasn't arrived yet or My item doesn't match the seller's description...you'll get to a questionaire asking if you've contacted the seller (yes/no)...after you choose yes you'll see--> "eBay Buyer Protection has got you covered. We're here to help." and select "Open a case onlineOpen a case onlineOpen a case online"...this is assuming your transaction was protected (always shows right below the purchase/bid area if so)

ps. save any packaging and take dated photos (might need them for paypal to prove your case).

    You can order overseas.
I do it a few times a year
You and the seller just have to have the Duck trained
