Event fish show/auction

    is anyone from here going to the fish show/auction in rhode island this sunday?? my youngest daughter and i are going,we have never been to one..hubby thinks i am nuts to drive a hour and 23 mins to buy fish !!! lmao

    omg your not kidding...the longest road trip I've done was like 5hrs straight.
    Now I hate to drive more than 30 minutes from my house. haha!

    doesn't have one yet, my son who just started driving wants one..or to use his younger brother as one. Lol!

    I had a verizon chocolate that had one along with the gps chip to find ya. Lol!
    Like I wanna be found when I'm out...trying to escape. J/k hehe

    I thought about that too. Lol!
    Luckily he's still with the learners permit and here they have the waiting period and 500hours requirement..so he won't be able to drive on his own until January at the earliest...and I won't allow him to drive in the winter yet obviously :)

    But at that time will be looking into various things *wink*

    lol..my twins are going for their permit on their birthday (may) so i know exactly how you feel!! and driving school here is 800 $ ( x's 2)

    yowzer...I'm teaching my kiddo so no driving school expense here (besides the cost of the gas)

    i have been to the rhode island auction and came with too many beautiful.

    did you know there is a boston aquarium society that is the second oldest
    fish club in the world. if you go to <a class="postlink" href="http://northeastcouncil.org/nec/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://northeastcouncil.org/nec/</a> there is a list of aquarium clubs in the northeast on the right side of the page.

    new hampshire aquarium society is having it's annual auction october 18th in the newington town hall, nh. i have never been to the newington auction but would love to go, live in nj so it would be quite a drive.

    Rare Fish * Equipment * Aquatic Plants
    Fishy fun and fellowship for all including a drawing for a complete aquarium set-up & refreshments.
    Item registration and viewing begins at 10:30 AM, bidding starts at 12:00 PM.

    Please drop in. The auction should last until 5:00 PM.

    There are ATM's nearby.
    Cash and local checks accepted.

    Vendors receive a 60/40 split, maximum of 15 lots per person.
    Please, no more than 3 lots per species per person !
