How to Save Fry (Advice Wanted)

    Hi everyone. I've got this aquarium for 1week and have no experience so far.2 Days ago i've got 3 fishes to start with. This morning i discovered one of the molly fish ( i believe so) gave birth of 30 baby fishes. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!! :s. please help me to save this tiny lives. [help] :confused: :D

    That's a Fluval internal filter, correct ? If so those babies are at risk of being sucked into the filter.

    You can catch them and put them into a little breeding net so they're safe.

    If you have extra equipment set up a spare tank/container for them (heater, aerator, sponge filter).

    Breeder nets will work in a pinch as Anthony suggested.

    Thanks a lot guys. you are rite anthony its a fluval 3 plus filter. i've already set it to minimum.

    you can slip some pantyhose or any sort of fine mesh over the intake to cover the holes. just make sure whatever you use is aquarium safe :cool:
