For the anemones have you tried very hot water ? If that doesn't work you can always use kalkwasser and make it into a paste and inject them with it. That should work and dissolve them from the inside out. I have no idea about the worms.

ok for the glass anemones you should use joe's juice...it's the best i've tried so far......i had about 35 glass anemones and as soon as i shot them with joe's juice they melted and never came back.....take your time and wait until they're fully open so you can sneak up on them, you have to hit the middle.....

I have to say that bristleworms are not bad to have in your tank. They're part of your clean up crew. They are also a good indicator if you are overfeeding your tank. Too much food left over = tons of bristleworms. Their population is self-regulating. Less food = less bristleworms. You should also know that when they spawn, their milt (whatever it's called for worms) is good food for any corals.
If you still are intent on removing them you can make a trap yourself. Take the toe part off of a pantyhose and rinse it really well. This is important! You do NOT want soap residue in your tank. Once it's rinsed well put a piece of raw fish or shrimp in the pantyhose and tie off the open end. Drop this in your tank after lights out. You may have to weigh this down with a piece of rock - depends on your current, etc.. In the morning you will be able to remove the pantyhose trap with bristleworms still stuck to it. Dispose and repeat as necessary.
