So I currently have 3 Von Rio Tetras, 3 Cory Cats and 1 Female Guppy in my 10g tank... Is it fully stocked, or could I add more guppies and how many?

I have another 10g, but it's BARE and I'd have to buy decorations - so its no big deal if the one currently set up is full, I was just wondering if I could add a guppy or a few more into the mix..

Me myself, I woulda did 5-6 of the von rios and woulda did a male guppy being they are more colorful...that or a male betta as a "show piece".

I wouldn't add any more of the guppies...but I would add 2-3 more von rios and call it a done deal.

You could probably get away with another guppy or two without a problem.

I had more guppies but they died >.< She's my last of the three I bought. As for the tetras, I bought them and was advised by the pwnful petsmart staff that three was adequate. I don't really enjoy them so I dont plan to add more to my collection.

amazed you don't like them...they color up quite nicely once they "adjust" to the tank.
<--I have a few and was disapppointed at first with them...but a few months later and they are a nice color and have come of size. (bought them very small).

Oh they're colorful don't get me wrong - but they're so skiddish compared to my bettas, the gup, and the cory cats.

Maybe you can take them back to the store for store credit.

My advice...depending on the type of cories you have....I wouldn't add anything else in there.

Your about fine like the others said. Add a few more gupsters either tetras, wich you probadly wont do! You can use the other 10g for something else :)

They're Bronze cories James, I guess I should have been more clear XD

The 10g was turned into a betta sorority tank, so I'll work on getting some decorations and whatnot for my 30g and just use that as guppy kingdom. Maybe I'll splurge and buy the roman columns from petsmart.
