So as everyone knows i have 2 breeding pair of angels in my tank, but get this, one of the angels that i have, who is not paired off, i do believe is rocking out a breeding tube, its clearish-white, about 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch long, and is fat up by its body, then half way down it gets skinny...here are the pics...

That looks more like white poo.

The term "breeding tube" implies something long, but it is little more than a nubbin.

    I agree myself...

BTW White stringy poo means internal parasites and is NOT good!

It could also be a parasite (!!), also not good.

Hopefully it is gone today, whatever it was/is. Assuming it is not a breeding apparatus I'd say increased PWCs, salt and possibly raising the temp a bit, even Melafix and Pimafix.

Sounds like parasites... the clearish color is the "white" poop we talked about... good to hear though...

If you can get some Metronidozole powder and mix it into their food if you can... get them to eat it! To treat internal parasites you CANNOT just treat the water.. they need to ingest the medication.

FYI - Metronidozole is sold as "General Cure" by API and has 10 packages in a blue/white box... each pack treats 10 gallons... you DONT need to use but a little though when feeding it to them... like a pinch per feeding (best if you feed with frozen food like bloodworms.... put the bloodworms in a cup with a little water.. add the powder to the cup and let the worms sit in the water for an hour or so stirring occasionally... then feed pouing the cup in the water)
