The Red Parrot is often infertile and will not successfully breed in the aquarium. They may lay eggs in a cave, but because the males are often times infertile, the usually will not develop. It's also not known exactly what fish were bred to create this hybrid fish. It's likely several Central American cichlids. The likely answer to your question is no.

Just to remind you, the fish above also needs a tank of at least 50 gallons.

The male blood parrots are infertile but you can breed a female blood parrot with a male convict. It's the male parrot that's the dud. There are a few cases of spawns from a blood parrot pair but not often heard of.
