    how long should the actinic lights be on before the t5s and how long after the t5s turn off heres a pic with the actinic

    I don't think there's any rule that has to be followed but I think an hour before and an hour after would be fine.

    yep, that's the way i have em' 1 hr before-1hr after, then moonlights all night.
