marble from marble company safe for aquarium use?

    i just got marble from a marble company and i broke it up for my fish tank.Will it be alright?

    should be aslong as you clean it real good and i suggest that you not put any with sharp edges in your tank.

    marble as in like the rock formation of marble can get it in chip form at lowes looks like drivewayrock

    I thought a marble like clear glass balls with the little design in the middle of it. :)

    meaning like granite stone for driveway the marble looks almost the same most people around my way do it flower beds instead of mulch

    granite and marble are completely different structurally, also look very different.
