sweet angelfish, looks like you need an algae scraper (spot algae I believe I am seeing on the front of the tank?)...try a mag-float!

hey thanks for the advice! i bought an algae scraper, but its on there so hard that it wont scrape off. its all because my pleco is getting big and lazy, ill be trading him in on friday for a different one, one that will actually eat the algae off the side of the tank lol!

the dark one is a double black...first angel that i put into the tank, too! he got himself stuck in a previous decoration ( i took it out as soon as i got him freed) and i thought for sure he wasnt going to make, i spent an hour trying to get him loose, most of his scales were gone, he still has the scars...ill try to post some pics, Im just glad he made it!

    if it's glass I recommend this>> <a class="postlink" href="http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006JM0K8/ref=asc_df_B0006JM0K8856615?smid=ANTN45A8V77FD&tag=nextag-pet-mp-delta-20&linkCode=asn" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006JM0K8/ref ... nkCode=asn</a>

It has a razor like attachment that will scrape that stuff off ...I should know..I had it in my tank and use that exact tool (comes with 2 other attachments also ..thought I haven't needed them--1 is good for leveling your substrate & the other addtl. one is good for wiping the interior even on an acrylic).

Note..don't go over your silicone seams with the razor like one! ;)
