My first tank

    HI, my name is Jessica and I am 10, my Grandpa, "mancave1" gave me this tank as I love fish. I hope you like my tank.

    I see you have a tattooed molly in there. I'd like to point this out to you: Dyed, Tattooed, Ornamental Aquarium Fish

    Just want you to be informed about those fish so you know what they go through.

    Hi Jessica, your tank is wonderful! I had my first tank when I was 8 many many years ago but still remember my guppies. If you have questions see if grampa will let you on the forum and you can ask us anything about your tank or fish keeping in general. Enjoy.

    awesome starter tank. my 4yo daughter has her own tank too, got regular pea gravel cause I hate fakeness in an aquarium, but I bought her the DORA decor kit, she put it in the tank, she like MY fish but loves her MTS(trumpet snails) more. shes got a few 2" snails in there now. My 5yo son is getting a 15g fiddler crab tank, cept I got no idea on how to care for them yet lol.


    Welcome to the addiction, make sure you take alot of advise from grandpa. those old timers kept fish before there were "rules", their brains have a wealth of self taught hobby knowledge. That and he is your grandpa, cant really not listen to him HAHA, I love being a parent now lol

    MANCAVE- you sir A+ Just like angling this hobby needs young blood.
