My new hobby

    this is my new hobby. i just started this project and there is alot more thing i will be adding to it. but this is the first step to a peaceful, relaxing living room. here is some picture. no fish yet. i just got it going 5 day now. lol. and i cant wait to put fish in it. i had my water test and it was great.

    Looks like you are off to a great start! Posting here I can see that I am going be wanting a salt water tank more and more.... is there such a thing as fish tanks anonymous??

    try to spread out the rocks a little...leaving more space between them....you don't want to trap the debris within the rocks or your going to end up with poor water quality.......other than that your off to a good start!!! nice job!!

    oh i just noticed you don't have any powerheads....i'm going to take a video of my tank and post it up so you cansee how much flow you need to keep corals healthy.....just so you can get a feel for it....

    i have one big one on the right and one small one on the left pointing middle front. one pump on left pointing middle back wall and the water coming from the sump is pointing on top back. i thing there is alot of flow. but let me c urs. maybe mine is not enough.

    Very nice, don't forget to make sure the rocks are stable so they don't shift. I absolutely love the blue hippo tang! I had one of them and he provided great entertainment-always on the move :)

    looks good man! keep it up! Seems as though you might be adding too many fish too early in the game.... be careful on your total bioload! You have some beautiful fish in there, but be careful on your stocking!
