ps. you may want to place your heater under the filter "waterfall" so the heat will be spread me evenly throughout the tank and place the filter in the center of the tank to assure a more even filtration.

ya It just started clouding up yesterday, im not sure why, but i went to a friends house thats had his tank up for 6 months and stole a big rock with algae growing on it, figured it might help speed up my cycling, or at least wouldnt hurt, but about 2 days later(last night in the picture) it just very faintly clouding, and now today its worse....Do you think the algae on the rock is going crazy in my fresh cycle, due to the higher ammonia amounts? Im not sure but its getting worse, any ways thanks for liking the tank, and thank for the advise dawn........

oh your welcome. Test the water and see where your at (doubt the rock would have done it...unless it wasn't one thats safe for aquariums..ie. fizz test).
I'd hate to suggest it, but if the waters reading fine,,and the rock is okay,,then I'd add a double dose of seachem clarity to it (but that's just me..can't stand a cloudy tank..as I'm pretty sure you feel the same about now).

    ~Good Luck!
