When I purchased some plants from I didn't think they were too bad.

I got about 3 balls of java moss for about 5 bucks and a free plant of my choice, which I picked crypt. I paid about 3 something for a large java fern plant.

No, you're looking at them correctly. I just checked for myself. I've never purchased plants from either online services. It is pretty expensive.

What about the plant bulbs from Wal-Mart ? The thread below this talks about them. I'm not sure if you wanted specific plants or not. The Wal-Mart ones will all be stem plants so no java moss or those type of plants.

Okay I'm looking for the best places to buy plants online including, Java Fern, Moss, and anything else. I checked ebay store AquaticMagic and now looking for any other possibilities.

I normally either submit to the limited selection around town or use ebay. I would also try aquabid.com

I'm not sure about quality, as I've heard bad stories about their fish, but <a class="postlink" href="http://www.LiveAquaria.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.LiveAquaria.com</a> seems to have good prices on their plants.
