Not a saltie here but could it be a slime algae or perhaps cyanobacteria of some sort?

cyano will move in current, but not physically move as per say to "walk"
cyano is more reddish brown and usually in "patches" moreso than "spots"

I did saltwater and I can tell you what it doesn't look like...doesn't look like cyano-redslime-hair algae-green

kinda looks like Lobophora variegata algae-but that wouldn't move?
maybe some type of coralline, but again...no movement there either??

I'd love to see more photos if you could

i agree with dawn, doesnt look like cyano, but you do have cyano on the back wall, and got some GHA growing on the rocks. If its corralline it would be really hard to come off, cyano fairly easy.

    A few questions:
    1. Are you using RO/DI water or tap?
    2. what are your phosphates and nitrates.
    3. how old are your bulbs
    4. are you overfeeding

No offense at all but from the looks of it this is something that the above questions would have no relevance. Looking at it again they look similar to little mushrooms.
