new section for photo contest

    since this is a rather small forum i think we should start a section in the members only area and let it be only for the photo contest and each week be seperate and dated and keep it locked from comments, in other words just use it for displaying and voting like you are doing elsewhere. what does everyone else think about this

    and btw great job on this site anthony i really enjoy it here
