newbie from va hello all

what goes on people im new to here but not to fish i currently have 4 tanks up in my home 2 small 2 large awaiting a 5th large tank i keep a few different fish but most proud of my red bellys i know not realy all that special but i love them i kinda lean tords the more agresive fish not sure why

ps i know im not supposed to have them here but im not supposed to do alot of things so what the hell

Hello ~ Where are you at in VA? I am near Smith Mountain Lake.

 

I friends whose parents just moved to smith mountain lake. I have been there many times and love the area. I personally am originally from Halifax, Va (South Boston), move to Salem and went to Roanoke College for a while and now I am in NC.

 

I am actually at work in Downtown Roanoke now. I live on the Bedford CO side of the lake, I love it. Have you been there in the last few years? We even have a movie theater now..haha.

 

Last time I was there was the spring of 03. It was nice outside so me and a buddy got a couple of girls to ride with us to the lake to go swimming. No one brought a bathing suit, but everyone brought beer. The water was 58 degrees. That trip taught me to never shotgun a beer out hanging out the window of a nissan frontier.
