    Hi everyone, My name is John and i live in Racine Wisconsin.I am addicted to cichlids,lol. Everytime i tell my wife this is the last tank or last fish I get that "who ya think your bullshittin look".Im sure most ya been there,lol.Anyways, Ive got several tanks set up,mostly 90's.Some of the fish i have are: xmas fulu,electric blues,red empresses,rustys,red zebras,lemon jakes,kribs,yellow labs,to name a few.I feed them frozen brine and tetramin pro.Does anyone have any pros or cons to what im feeding them? I feed 3 times a day.I am also wanting to look into growing my own brine?Well thanks for the invite,Im looking foreward to meeting new friends in the cichlid world

    Welcome to the forum John.

    As far as feeding goes the brine is fine. The tetramin pro isn't a great choice but it's not the end of the world. Also how much are you feeding them each time you do ? 3 times a day is often a bad idea because it can lead to overfeeding and bloat.
