    nice, I've always liked them but was warned that they are very sensitive.

    Three days now. Its looking really good! They both eat and swim around and don't look the least bit stressed. I'll probably get more next weekend..

    I'm hoping to find that out by this weekend. I'm gonna do a water change tonight and check all of my levels again. I've heard they do better in groups so I dont want to leave it in there all by itself for too long...

    I completely understand, defin heading in the right direction with testing first...You don't wanna add another if something is amiss within your waters chemistry.

    He's still swimming around. That's definitely a good sign. I'm determined to keep these fish! The guy at LFS said I had a male and a female but I think they were both males. Markings all looked the same and the top fin also looked exactly the same. I wonder if they were fighting...

    did you see signs of aggression? That's usually easy to spot even when the lights are on. Also, if they came from the same tank and were in there for a few days they shoulda showed signs I would tend to think of the fighting...ie damage.

    God I hate Rams! I can keep Discus but cant keep a Ram to save my life! lol

    My ram is still going strong! Lost the one but the other one is still good. Had him over a week and a half now... I'm gonna add a few more hopefully by this weekend. If your water is good you should give it a try! I did take Anthony's advice and moved the Neons out so i'm sure that helped. Might want to keep them by themselves...

    I'm still hanging loose a bit, my son just put a betta in there so I'm just hanging back a bit and waiting for the plants to fill in some more before I attempt to add anything else.

    My ram looks like he may have ich. I bumped the temp in the tank up last night and he seems to be fine this morning. Looks like I won't be adding more anytime soon..
