    Recently I've been told E-mails sent from this site (Both ones I send and PM/Topic Notifications etc.) are not being received by some members.

    Please make sure "Anthony@TheExoticFish.com or "@TheExoticFish.com" is in your allowed list so any E-mails sent don't go to your spam/junk mail folder. If anyone needs help with this please let me know and I'll walk you through it.

    Thanks

    Re: Please Read

    I had someone ask for instructions on how to add the forum E-mail so it didn't go into their spam folder anymore. Here are instructions for several different E-mail services.

    Yahoo
    * Open your Yahoo mailbox.
    * Click Options (usually Upper Right Corner)
    * Click Filters (Middle Column)
    * Click Add Filter
    * In the filter name box, type TheExoticFish
    * In the top row, labeled From header, make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
    * Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, enter Anthony@TheExoticFish.com
    * At the bottom, where it says Move the message to:, select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
    * Click the Add Filter button again.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Gmail
    * Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page.
    * Click "Add Contact".
    * Copy and paste our "From" address, Anthony@TheExoticFish.com, into the "Primary E-mail Address" dialog box.
    * Click "Save".
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Hotmail/MSN
    * Open your mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner).
    * Click the "Junk e-mail Protection" link (top of page).
    * Select the "Mailing List" link (2nd from bottom).
    * Copy and paste "@TheExoticFish.com" into the dialog box titled "Type an address or domain." (You can add both at one time)
    * Click the "Add" button next to the dialog box.

    Oh okay. I didn't post instructions for AOL because I hadn't been told any of the E-mails were going to the spam folder.

    Thanks for telling me.
