    Plecos
I was wondering what are you guys' and gals' favorite plecos? Post a pic, and tell us a little something about the fish, ie max size, where its from, etc. Doesnt have to be yours, and feel free to post more than one. I think that there are some beautiful ones out there so lets see 'em!

I like the clown plecos and bristlenose plecos. They both normally max out at 4" with the clowns being normally about 2-3"
You can see some photos of the bristlenose babies I have in the planted tank section (look for 90g planted).
The clowns have a nice pattern of stripes that run left to right across their bodies, whereas the bristlenose (at least some) have those ugly but cute bristles over their nose area. Hence the name bristlenose.

This is my rhino pleco. They get to be about a foot in length. He's about 7" right now. I've had him about 6 months and I really like this fish. Bold enough to stand up for himself with aggressive fish too....

Here's another pic of him sharing a piece of zucchini with his buddy the RTBS...

BTW, both those pics are rather old. I also have a common pleco and a bristlenose but no good pics of either.

One of my fav plecos is the gold nugget, but I also like the royal panache. :D
