question regarding contacting the manufacture seachem

    Contacting Seachem


    Has anyone had any luck contacting Seachem ? I've sent several E-mails trying to get in contact with someone but I can't get any response. :oops:

    Thanks, I sent an E-mail today to three different Seachem E-mail addresses. If I don't get a response this time I will call them, I guess.

    My month old bag of Purigen decided to break and release it's contents into my filter. :confused:

    Nope it's not good at all. Of course it happened after 30 days so I can't return it to the store.

    Well, my threat to contact the BBB worked. :) I got an e-mail from Seachem first thing this morning. They're sending me out a replacement bag. [dancing]

    I woulda worked three bags outta them, to ensure that if this happens again in three months I wouldnt have to call back. Be meaner next time. Try the phrase "My _____ has messed up, now what are you going to give me for free?" Works like a charm!

    My replacement bag came today. I'm surprised it came so quickly. We'll see how well this one holds up.
