Moving a filter from a quarantine tank to another tank
I am going to be moving the filter from my QT to another tank. The QT hasnt been used as a QT in like a month, meaning I have hd fish in there, but simply for growing them out, not dosing it with meds or anything. My question is, do I need to clean it real well before moving it over? Or can I keep the BB and add them to help with the bioload of the other tank?

If nothing has been in the tank for about a month there is likely very little beneficial bacteria if any on the media. That being said, it should be fine as far as illnesses go.
