I started with the "Mini City"... My dad has the "Mega City" and I have the Reseller...
I did notice an extra hiccup or 2 on the city plans... BUT I never noticed any speed issues... remember the computer that is the server is still limited to internet speeds... MUCH slower than any computer!

I would watch the space though... this site has a big and growing database!

As of right now I'd have to START with the Monster plan just to cover what the forum currently has.

    I LOVE milk. :D

That's what I'd have to be on in another month I bet. I think pretty soon I'm going to need a VPS.

Me too, that's my fav Dawn.

Hey Ryan, do you have any larger sites hosted on that server that I can check out and see how it loads ?

Yup.... and to make matters worse that was 2 weeks of work :(

It actually is a pretty intense flash site! If you click and drag on the red bar on the media player that starts on the bottom left of the page you can move it around to where you want it.

Yeah... I did not think my server was too slow... again that is on the reseller #1 package.

That SWF file loads about 4 text files and a few images from outside... so it is rather intense on the server.... also it loads the 4 songs that are on externally as well. Flash basically loads up and then asks the server for the rest of the files it needs...

BUT keep in mind I have no websites currently on that server that access mySQL...

So the database part I have not hit hard.... I do that with <a class="postlink" href="http://www.colonialdowns.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.colonialdowns.com</a>

That site though is hosted on a VERY expensive server (like $150 a month!)

I just hate to shell out $20 a month for a reseller account. :)
