Sleepy beta please help!!!

    Hey guys,
    I'm new here and I'm having a problem with my beta fish. He lives in a 10 gal. Heated and filtered tank. It's cycled and my water tests came out great. My problem is that he went frm being a happy active lil guy to sleeping all the time. He only moves when I feed him or when I do a water change.please help!!!
