someone tell me what this fish (no picture)

Okay, i have been to this fish store 2 times since i found it. well they have this beautiful fish and i forget every time i go there to snap a picture. i have no idea what it is. im m just really wanting to know so i can buy some. it looks like a Harlequin Rasbora, but it has long flowing fins. There is no name on the tank and the people there really dont care about the custemers. but if some one can tell me and show me a picture then i would be very greatful! thanks

Without a pict my best guess would be the hi-fin/longfin serpae tetra as syncere posted. Mine has a wonderful finnage that curls over the body and has white in it.

Yup, You can see them in my tank. That one is poorly colored compared to mine. They typically label them as Long Fin Serpae Minor (at least at my lfs they do)

    Re: What fish is this?

I guess that might of helped. Attached 2 photos (quality degraded in crop, but good enough to show you what I am talking about)

The one with the white mixed in the finnage is in the 2nd photo on the right hand side. Of course in that particular photo it doesn't show the top fin draping, but they are gorgeous fish!

    Re: What fish is this?

it's natural (they are meant to have the long finnage).

I wish I had a better picture of the one with the white...fins literally flow over the side of his body...very gorgeous! Have to see it in person.
