trimming val

    ow can i trim val and not hurt it?

    can trim with scissors on an angle...have to warn ya that most times you'll end up with the end that was trimmed turning brown and algae near it (damage).

    Otherwise your only other option is to remove the really big ones and replant the smaller ones that grow off it.

    Yep..just slice.

    If it is a real bushy one...trim at varying heights. will provide more depth.
