turbo reproduction

    can anybody tell me how turbo snails reproduce? I bought one and now i see at least 3 babys, im not sure how they do that

    turbo snails reproduce by mating & laying eggs within the aquarium (usually in a dark area of the tank)...if they are fertilized you get babies.
    Snails require calcium (for there shells to stay nice and hard) and algae (or supplements of such).

    From reading up it appears that if there 8+mm (0.3") and about 3-5months old they are of breeding size/age and are reported to live aprox up to 2 years. Peppermint shrimp and Hermits are known predators of them. Diet reported as diatoms and algae.
