    i just installed my new protein skimmer yesterday and thought i'll share it with you guys and while i was at it i decided to take pics of some of my equiptment and show off what's under the hood of my tank..........if anyone wants to show off they're equiptment feel free to share........

    uv sterilizer. i placed it on the wall just above the tank.

    What is that rusty clip(looks like a piece of coat hanger)doing in a saltwater tank? I noticed it's rusty?

    it's a coat hanger.....i'm so embarrased :oops: :oops: , i had to put there for a couple of days until i had the time to get those rubber holders. it's not there anymore (i promise) i went to the store yesterday. it rusted in one day!!!! but since i have a huge skimmer i wasn't too worried.
