50g enough for goldfish?

    or Hi ppl!! I have been having fishes as my pets for the past ten years!! I have been having them in a tank for the past few years!! I don't have people to guide me here!! I have attached a picture of my tank and my fishes along with it. I have a 50 gallon tank and two pair of common goldfish and a pair of black moor goldfish. I have no idea whether this tank space is enough for this guys. My tank has got a little old!! Can u guys please give me ideas,suggestions and advices about maintaining these guys and making them happy!! Please give me suggestions about all the tank setups too!! Thanks a ton in advance!! :)

    Is the tank in the picture the tank you think is 50 gallons ?

    That looks to be about a 5 gallon tank. Because of that you will not be able to keep all those goldfish in the tank. Even 1 will outgrow the tank. Here's our fish list and the minimum tank size we recommend. When you add more then one the minimum tank size must increase.

    Actually the picture quality is very bad!! It must be atleast a 30 gallon tank according the general calculation!! If I want to shift these guys to a tank what tank shall i get?

    Measure your tank in inches. Length x Width x Height x 0.0041 and that will give you the volume.

    I agree. I don't think it's anywhere close to 30 either.

    it looks like a 10 gallon MAX

    I'm leaning towards a 5g (as my guess).
    What were the measurements san_sam?
