    I don't think their bio load would be any different than any other ca/sa cichlid of the same size. With the proper tank size, stocking, feeding, filtration, cleaning and maintenance, then (in my opinion) bio load shouldn't be a "big issue".
    As far as them attacking/being a "bully" to other fish, I really can't answer that because I've never had any.

    Ok, so I've been researching on "solo" fish that get around the same size, and was thinking about the idea of a gourami. I'm interested in blue, pearl, and kissing gouramis,(only kissing if I can get 2).
