    I have a few of the larger ones in the 90g..the rest are in the 10g.
    All are swimming happily and have just scarfed down some TetraVeggie Spirulina-Enhanced Flakes!

    Huston...we have another Bristlenose batch!
    I busted mom coming out and swapping places with dad last night.
    It appears to be the top log of the batch and eggs have been confirmed via flashlight.

    Planning on trying to sneak them once they hatch/wiggle and transferring them into the 10g as I did previously.

    This one is to a different daddy (his bristles aren't as plentiful as the last dad)!

    okay, went out for a bit today and couldn't resist picking up a few things for the tank being the new bulbs look so darn good!

    I picked up a handful of angelfish (they were soo cute, I just couldn't resist! $4.69 for very longfin veiltails)..hoping this isn't going to turn into a mistake
    *fingers crossed*

    Also grabbed a bamboo shrimp for $9.99 (he's HUGE)
    and 1 male and 2 female Koi Swordtails for that splash of color.
    Treated everyone in the tank to some live brine (all are happy)!

    here's a quick shot with just the two Giesemann 54W 6000K Midday Sun T5 HO Fluorescent bulbs on (I'll try to get a few with ALL Bulbs on tomorrow).

    Also, a quick shot of the new additions just before the lights went out.

    Fingers crossed, but I think it shouldn't be much different than the compacts..actually it should be better since the wattage is lower.

    OLD FIXTURE-->compacts=260watts (ran FOUR Coralife Compact Fluorescent 6700K bulbs)

    NEW FIXTURE-->T5=216watts (Running TWO Giesemann 54W 6000K Midday Sun T5 HO Fluorescent and TWO Giesemann 54W Aqua Flora T5 HO Fluorescent)

    I dunno, he/she just looked like a snoopy to me. Lol!

    Ya, there are 3 koi swordtails (1 male and 2 females)...I didn't buy a bunch cuz I wasn't sure if they could be acclimated to my low ph. So far, so good ;)
    I think they were like $4 at Peco?
