    Honestly, I figured he wouldn't do well...and I'd end up sticking him in the breeder thingy that hangs into the tank.

    Yup, it WAS a plan B...but he's doing great and seems to be loving all the plants to swim under so it looks like pretty boy is getting to stay in the entire 90 rather than the breeder thingy.

    Haha! I'd have given him his own little plant in his box (crypt in one of those little basket thingys). He'd have the high life..and the hatchets for buddies.

    whered you get that breeders box? i like it alot. is one side plastic or does it use your tank for that side? it looks much more sturdy then the ones i have seen.

    I got if off ebay>>>Uk seller for only $3 which included shipping

    The front piece is acrylic...the sides are that stuff you can get from walmart for cross stitching (i think that's what it is when you use yarn and do kinda an x pattern)...the sides have tabs which kinda hook over the acrylic front piece...and on top are ?metal arms that you bend over the frame to hold it in place. >>I use packaging tape over the arms to make sure it doesn't dip into the water (if you know what I mean).

    :) , Daddy is currently fanning a new batch of them. If they make it I'll let you know (still have extra kordon bags and bag buddy tabs). ;)

    Wow, it defin must be something in the water. Haha!
    I am now looking at a log full of about 30-40 recently hatched bristlenose babies (both albino and calico it appears).

    Also, I have various fry in the tank...thinking they are probably gupsters!
