    ADONIS PLECO

    Family:Suckermouth armored catfish or plecos, Loricariidae
    Characteristics:40 in. The splendid coloration of the juveniles is replaced by pale spotting in adulthood.
    Tank/Water:325g, water types 2-5, 76F-85F
    Care: Only in very large tanks with lots of roots. A 128 inch long tank is adequate for a pair. Feed green foods and high-fiber pellets
    Habits:Found among forest trees that have fallen into the water of large clearwater rivers in the Amazon.
    Compatibility: Peaceful species that can be kept with large cichlids and large characins.
