I could see why you would be having this problem in your goldie tank but not in the other.

Well it was August 9th when I check my water so. It been awoke since I did a water change so yesterday I did a 15 to 25% water change and today I check the water. And the ph is 7.0, ammonia is 0.25, nitrite is 0, and nitrate is 5.0. So do I do another water change or wait a couple days

I would do another water change, you may have already answered this but have you checked your tap water for ammonia?

I would get it done as soon as possible, just to be on the safe side so that it doesn't rise any further.

Ok Sunday morning I will check the water again if the ammonia is still 0.25 then I will do another wc on it. How often do you do a water change on it after I get it cleared up again?

It is odd that the ammonia increases with water changes, I know you have said you checked your tap for ammonia but I cannot help but think that is where the ammonia is coming from. As to your other question keep the ammonia at 0 through water changes and after that I do at least 50% weekly on my tanks.

I will be interested to see your results, perhaps something has changed in your tap water since you last checked.

Well this is strange ok after church I came home was going to check the ammonia in my fish tank before I do the water change. So I get a tube of my tank water and another tube of tap water so put the stuff in each tube shake them time them for 5 MIN. And they both was yellow which is 0 so I don't have to do a water change yay

That sounds good, keep in mind however that water changes don't just control ammonia, are your trates and trites in line as well?

When you are doing your water changes are you also cleaning the filters, perhaps you are seeing a die off of some beneficial bacteria causing a small cycle to happen?
