AquaClear 70

    This is the little brother to the AC 110, and it works fine, but there is one huge flaw to the design of this filter, the lip which fits over the tank and secures the filter is far to skinny to fit the tank sizes for which its designed. This basically renders it useless for most of my tanks. Two thumbs down for that, two thumbs up for it if it fits the tank. Thats right I have four thumbs.

    There isn't enough space to fit on the lip of your tanks ?

    Nope, I have to literally force it on the 35 hex and now on the 75. It would not fit on the 125 which is surprising to me because the marineland biowheel I have that is rated for a 20 gallon tank fits on there.

    That's really odd. I thought the spacing would be identical on the 70 and 110.

    All of them are different, but the foam is always on the bottom and the biothings on the top, middle layer is either purigen, carbon, ammo chips, etc.
